Having trouble keeping track of all those images in your web directories because you can't see what they are?
WebImageLister will show you what you've got.
Finally, a no-frills VERY simple but VERY effective, easy-to-install Perl script to display all images as clickable thumbnails from a single web directory.
|
Features
It's FREE!
Displays all the GIF, JPG, JPEG, PNG and BMP images on-the-fly from a single web directory as thumbnails in an HTML table whose number of columns you can set.
For multiple directories, simply rename the script and change the paths for each new directory.
Automatically updates directory content each time the script is run.
Thumbnails are created automatically, are customizable for size and maintain their aspect ratio.
Thumbnails are clickable to their large image in a new window.
Thumbnails are resized in the HTML page for width, so they don't exist physically and therefore consume no additional server space.
Filenames are listed under each thumbnail.
Easy, single-script installation with no-frills, strictly business performance. No extra programs required on server.
Configurable for Unix or NT servers -- just change to the appropriate paths.
Separate script included already configured for smilies directories to display those small images same size in eight columns.
Detailed installation instructions included in zip file.
